The Courtyard by Marriott has agreed to to provide a special rates of $109.00, plus 14.94% hotel occupancy tax per night for convention attendees. The hotel has reserved a block of rooms for our use, but in order to be eligible for the special rate, you must make your own reservations no later than Tuesday, September 23rd and you must advise them that you are attending the NMAER Convention and you should advise them of any special needs for your room
Please make your reservations early.

The hotel is a multi-story building, has an elevator
Hotel van transportation will take guests downtown (no cost)
The city bus route provides pickup at the hotel for connections to routes that cover most of the city (Very reasonable all day ticket0 You may contact the Santa Fe Convention and Visitors Center (505) 955-6200 for information about various events and tours available during your state or go to: www.santafe.org ; www.visitsantafe.com ; or www.santafeartandculture.org
The hotel has entended the special convention rate to two days before and two days after for those who wish to come early and/or stay late.
ALTERNATIVE LODGING OPTIONS
The hotels/motes listed below are at the south end of town near the convention site. While no special rates for convention attendees have been arranged, they are comfortable and available. You are responsible for making your own reservations for lodging either at the Courtyard by Marriott or one of these hotels/motels.
